9-7-08 Left
Swansboro, NC on a bus for Atlanta, GA. for orintation with MARTEN
TRANSPORT. I was hired on 9-11 and my first run was by the house to get my
things
to make my travels more enjoyable...HD Flat Screen TV (:-) Then a trip
with a load
back to Atlanta and then off to Ontario, CA. Up to
Sacramento, Ca on to Portland, OR.
Then a Hazmat
load down to Albuquerque, NM. to OK, AR, and to Kent. OH. Then
pick up
at Akron, OH and go to Menomonee Falls, WI. Then up to Denmark, WI
down to Il. Pick up in Chicago and of to
Southern CA. Up to Seattle, WA, over
to Ellensburg, WA
and down to San Diego, CA. Up to Hayward, Ca then to San
Jose and then
accross to Memphis, TN. Then to Monticella, AR and over to
Artesia, NM. Over to El Paso, TX and up
to Mt Pleasant, IA Pick up at West Bend, IA
and head to
Meridian ID. Picked up in Twin Falls, ID and went to the underground
storage in Carthage, MO. to Manassas VA. Picked up in
Altavista, VA the
headed for AZ, then Carson CA. up tp
Lathrop, CA then to UT then Cheyenne,WY.
Down to Denver
CO and then to Columbus GA. Going HOME! 29,500 miles
to start - Not Bad! But
had to rent a car and go home from Atlanta to be home
on Thanksgiving. 11-30-08
