A FARMER sat on his ALL METAL TRACTOR with a SPREADER hooked on behind THE ENGINE Idling IT was HOT or as one of the HIRED HANDS would say MUCHO CALIENTE the SWEATBAND in his HAT was holding back the SWEAT that ran from his balding HEAD a few drops ESCAPED and TRICKLED into his eyes THE DARN SALT BURNED his handkerchief gave some relief I WATCHED as he took a swig of WATER from the JUG under the SEAT then LINED UP his RIG with the area to be FERTILIZED a SIDING ran close to his PROPERTY I had pulled in and set my BREAK when he drove up STOPPED and OFFERED me a drink of WATER from his JUG under the seat THANK YOU I said it gets a little HOT up here SAME HERE he replied WE passed the time of DAY he told me HE really liked my ENGINE after a little SMALL TALK he pulled away LOOKING BACK he yelled CHECK OUT THAT DUAL LANE HIWAY when you cross he BRIDGE I call it the HI and BI way AT FIRST I did not get his meaning MY WHEELS turned slowly as I made my way toward the BRIDGE I looked down JUST as a car shot out from under the bridge HEADED EAST another coming from the WEST swish UNDER the BRIDGE and gone MORE and MORE east west east west LIKE WATCHING a never ending TENNIS MATCH serve and volley THEN it hit me HI and BY WAY a GOOD NAME he had for it I LAUGHED and pushed the throttle up a NOTCH no one on my TRACKS just me WHEN you are down there with them GOING WITH THE FLOW so to speak YOU have one OBJECTIVE to get where you are GOING as you travel you SEE all sorts of SIGNS they come in different shapes and sizes IMFORMATION GALORE there are of course other SIGNS put there by the STATE and FEDERAL GOVERNMENT these BABIES when DISREGARDED can cost you MUCHO DINERO you know CASH just BLOW by one AND watch the PAINT PEEL OFF when you again FOCUS on the ROAD before you ZAP THE TRAP the horrible FEELING encompasses YOUR ENTIRE BODY the message is clear GOTCHA I love my ENGINE I have lots of time IT is a lovely day for TRACKING spin your wheels
